- Context of a service: If a user comes from a service, for example from portal.akv.events, the login page shows that service's logo and colours. The imprint of the login page nevertheless remains that of the association, because the association provides the page. In addition, a link to the service's imprint is shown alongside.
- Legal basis: Since 2024 the obligation to provide an imprint is set out in § 5 of the German Digital Services Act (Digitale-Dienste-Gesetz, DDG). The German Telemedia Act (Telemediengesetz) no longer exists.
- Online dispute resolution platform: The EU platform was discontinued in July 2025. A notice or link to it no longer belongs in the imprint. It is still present in the existing imprints of AnimeMesse.de and AnimeRadio.de.
- Accessibility: The imprint must be reachable from every page with at most two clicks.
